“We have to stop allowing bad companies to serve good customers.”

As business owners, teachers or anyone that believes in the freedom to do what is right we have a duty to deliver greatness into the world.  The journey is tough because we are growing from “bad companies” that serve good customers into “great people” that serve good people.

When I look at my company Firefly Event Photography (www.fireflyeventphotography.com) I realize the huge responsibility to capture great memories for my customers.  To me, becoming a great company means innovation, resiliency, and great customer service.  What does being a better company (or person) mean to you?  Can you ask your valued clients this question and see if you match up?
